As Halloween approaches, Crawdaddy's Creole Kitchen in Pleasantville at 68 Wheeler Ave. is marking the occasion by offering "Cocktails To Die For" in their "Voodoo Lounge," the only one of its kind in the entire county.
Visitors can enjoy their spooky drinks pre- or post-dinner in the lounge, which gives off eerie vibes and is a perfect setting to get in the Halloween spirit.
The featured cocktails, served by award-winning mixologist Veronica Kallas, include:
- The Pumpking Spice Espresso Martini, which consists of Mr. Black coffee liqueur, Vanilla liqueur, Tito's vodka, pumpkin spice, Everything Nice, and espresso;
- Apple Cider Julep, consisting of house-made apple cider, telling, and peach in a julep cup;
- Getting Figgy With It, which consists of Tito's vodka, Figenza, fig, lemon, and Faba.
In addition to these fun drinks, visitors to the eatery can also enjoy plenty of New Orleans-inspired menu items such as Po' Boy sandwiches, crawfish mac & cheese, fried oysters, shrimp jambalaya, and seafood gumbo.
The eatery opens Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
